Booking and Payment Process

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar dangerous actions is not allowed. The transport of hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is unacceptable. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal. Vehicles must be used only for their intended purposes, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed under Northern Irish law, Car Hire Newtownards will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the rental amount paid in the prior 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, or for fraudulent acts.
